We started with a single beaded bracelet stack and built the idea of JOM from there. The stack naturally lends itself to wanting Just One More, but we saw it as adding another layer of your personality. as humans,  we are all so uniquely built. Accessorizing is a powerful way to speak your truth using your own style and voice. And that idea lead to the next phase. 

Three years in to creating thematic and fun bracelet stacks, we added in, what is now known, as our signature sass. very quickly we realized that so many people have A LOT to say! Today, your earrings, bracelets, and necklaces, can be adorned with charms that speak volumes! Whatever your mood or vibe - we’ve got you covered from “be still & know” to “f*ck around & find out”.

ashley is a jupiter, fl local girly. psychology graduate of florida state university. wife to the jay of all trades. and dog mom to chief lightning.

her first career as a buyer for a women’s clothing company confirmed her love of business, fashion, and how it all connects us as a society. after 10 years in the corporate world, she followed her gut to take a leap of faith on herself - her ambition, creativity, and hard-headedness. jom jewelry was born from her love of jewelry and the idea that you always need “just one more”.

today, ashley’s favorite part of her job is still creating those curated stacks that she started the company with. the girl loves a good theme!

however, the thing that keeps her continuing to create jom jewelry, through a global pandemic, economic downturn, and what some call the “death of retail”, are her loyal customers.

it really takes my breath away to think of all the meaningful gifts that i’ve been a part of creating. a bar bracelet given to a woman experiencing a late-term miscarriage. three cuff bracelets, each memorializing a family member that was a first responder at the terrorist attacks on 9/11/01. a bar necklace engraved with the name of the long-awaited birth of a couples first child after multiple rounds of ivf. a pair of earrings bought by a woman who drove herself to the hospital during a heart attack - she chose “bad ass” - and i have to agree! These are just a few stories and I am humbled every day that I get to wake up and bring meaning, joy, heart, and sight to the world.

ashley plans to continue designing sweet, sassy, and meaningful jewelry as long as people still want to express themselves and give personalized gifts. so like… forever!
